Legs no longer swollen
Excellent quality for the entire family; we have been using it for over a year and I highly recommend it! My legs have stopped feeling fatigued, the night cramps have ceased, and muscle spasms are no longer an issue. It appears that the swelling in my legs has also diminished. Magnesium plays a crucial role in activating around 600 enzymes within the body, aids in hormone storage and production, and is vital for maintaining healthy bones and muscle functions.
